IFIM Institutions established in 1995 and founded by the DSIJ Group (the publishers of the most popular Dalal Street Investment Journal) and promoted by the Centre for Developmental Education (CDE) - a not-for-profit society, is strategically located in the heart of the Electronics City, Bangalore with well-planned infrastructure and resources. IFIM Law School is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) and is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). IFIM emphasises on developing a vibrant mooting and debating culture, with several students already having participated in International Moot Court competitions. A vibrant mooting culture exists in the law college where students represent the college in various National and International moot competitions and faculty mentor’s student to fine their mooting and research skills.
Our students are frequently encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities in which debate is one such activity. Recently, one student won the best parliamentary award in the parliamentary debate organized by Nirma university.
The college has a dedicated team to look after student internships. The college boasts of close connections with corporate and has been able to achieve 100% internships in the recent past.
The college strongly believes in mentorship wherein mentors can guide students to follow their chosen path. The college conducts a purpose workshop and assigns faculty and corporate mentors who walk with students in achieving their aspirations.
